After two months in a Charleston hospital, West Virginia State Policeman Cpl. Andrew Pringle (left) is home, continuing his recovery after being struck by a drunk driver near Macfarlan, Ritchie County in April.
A public information officer with the State Police confirmed he was released from the hospital. Officials have not released the nature of his injuries, but he was listed in critical condition for several days.
Corporal Pringle was struck while he was making a routine traffic stop.
Ritchie resident Jessie Parsons is set to go to trial in September.
