| A woman has died after her car when into a ditch, flipped and landed in the Elk River along Rt. 4 in Clay County.
The woman died in the accident which happened about 8:30 a.m. today.
She has been identified as Regina Leftwich, 36, of Bomont.
Two passengers were taken to the hospital.
The Clay County sheriff told WSAZ-TV he thinks the woman would have survived the accident if she had been wearing her seat belt.
