| Dear Parent or Guardian,
The 4-H basketball league would like to have all the kids that were involved in this year's league to meet on the courthouse steps on Saturday, June 5th at 12:30 p.m. wearing their basketball team T-shirt. At this time we will announce their names and give them their trophy for all of their hard work and dedication.
We apologize that we haven't gotten to hold this ceremony sooner as we would have liked to. However, we have had a lot of trouble finding the date to hold a banquet that didn't conflict with other sports events or other community activities and we wanted to give everyone the chance to be recognized.
Therefore, in order to recognize the kids, their hard work and also to promote the league, we thought we could present them their trophy in front of everyone at the Wood Festival. Please don't forget to have them wear their basketball shirts. We would also like to get a group picture.
