A Big Bend man was injured Tuesday afternoon when his ATV struck a road bank and he landed on the highway.
Nick Jones, about 57, of Sugarcamp Rd. near Big Bend was reported unconscious following the accident. He was taken by Calhoun EMS to the Big Bend Armory to be air-lifted to a trauma center.
The accident happened on Yellow Creek Rd. near the intersection of Sugarcamp Rd. just after 2 p.m.
The Grantsville VFD also responded. |
