Zumba Fitness ® classes will be held at the Calhoun County Park this Wednesday, May 26th at 6:30 p.m.
Classes for Monday, May 31st and Wednesday, June 2nd will NOT be held at the Calhoun County Park, due to previous scheduling for the Herbert C. Smith Community Building. Check "Out & About" on the Hur Herald for class rescheduling.
Zumba ® is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create exciting, effective fitness and a great cardiovascular workout.
Instructor, Lisa Walker asks that you please come a little early the first time to fill-out the simple registration form. "Bring water to drink, and get ready for a fun workout," she says.
The one hour class is only $5 each or $30 for the month.
Zumba ® Fitness classes will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at Calhoun County Park's Herbert C. Smith Community Building. "What a great facility to get the party started," says Walker.
Walker is also seeking information on people interested in a morning class.
