Pleasant Hill Elementary School is having a "Mini" Relay for Life class again this year in our Heads Up! after school program.
The "Mini" Relay for Life is a smaller version of the Relay for Life held each year at Wayne Underwood Field in Grantsville to raise money to fight cancer. The following is the fundraisers the class has planned so the entire school can help donate to this worthy cause.
Hope Bracelets - For a $1.00 donation plus a non-perishable food item you can purchase a "Hope" bracelet.
Mother's Day Basket - A donation of a $1.00 (one ticket) or $5.00 (six tickets) will give you a chance to win a basket full of goodies for someone for Mother's Day. Drawing will be Friday, May 7th.
Hat Day - Students and faculty can donate $1.00 and wear their favorite hat Friday, May 7th. (Please do not wear a hat with inappropriate writing or pictures. If you do you will be asked to take it off.)
You may send in your donations for the above fundraisers through Friday, May 7th.
All money raised from the fundraisers will be donated to the "Relay for Life" that will take place Saturday, June 26 at Wayne Underwood Field. The non perishable food items will be donated to the local food pantry.
