Ellen Lucille Stump, 75, of Linn, West Virginia (Ellis Rd. Community) departed this life at 9:24 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2010 at her residence following an extended illness.

Ellen was a homemaker, she attended school in Sand Fork, she was a Pentecostal by faith and member of the former Ellis Full Gospel Mission Church. Ellen loved to cook and if you left her home hungry it was your own fault. She also loved tending her flowers and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Besides her husband, the lord was the love of her life. She always said "Put it in the hands of the lord, and he'll take care of it." Her last thought before going to bed was where are my kids? Are they alright? Ellen loved each and everyone with all the heart and soul a mother can have. There was never a stranger in her sight. She'd tell them "take care and God bless".
