I.K. Dye, Superintendant of the L.K.R.R. passed through town last Thursday. He was accompanied by some coal and timber dealers, who were going to look at Louis Bennett's lands on Bear Fork and the Albert Piercy lands on Steer Creek and Bear Fork, with a view of purchasing them, or at least the coal and timber under and upon them. They were also making some inquiry concerning the Bennett and Fleming land on Philips Run and Pine Creek, and will possibly look over that before returning.
