Emergency personnel prepare worker for life-flight
A worker for an oil and gas geo-surveying company was injured on a
4-wheeler Saturday morning in a rural hollow near the Arnoldsburg
Elementary School.
Enrique Ortiz Sotelo, an employee of Paragon of Kansas, was brought to a
staging area near the school and taken to Charleston Area Medical
Center.
He was among several Mexican workers doing surveying apparently linked
to deep well drilling.
The extent of his injuries was unknown.
Calhoun EMS and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to the accident.
