| MASON CO. MAN SHOT - Police responded to a call near Leon following the shooting of Michael Lee Ward of Millwood.
Authorities found Ward had shots to the right chest area and the right hand, but was still alive.
Police say that David E. Maynard apparently shot Ward last Friday with a 12-gauge shotgun, after the two got into an argument.
KANAWHA MAN DIES FROM STAB WOUNDS - A Kanawha County man has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the fatal stabbing of Zane Michael Fletcher, 23, of Charleston, Tuesday.
Ronald Thomas Sutton, 37, of Charleston got into an argument with Fletcher.
Sutton stabbed Fletcher in the chest.
HUNTINGTON BANK ROBBED - Huntington police are investigating a bank robbery after a man brandished a weapon and used it to rob a bank on 20th Street.
The robber walked into the Peoples Bank, Tuesday, brandishing a blue steel weapon and received an undisclosed amount of cash from the teller.
Though the robber had his face covered when he entered the bank, Williams said there are several identifiable features that were visible after reviewing the bank's surveillance video.
