The Calhoun High School wrestling team participated in the A/AA Region IV wrestling tournament at Roane County High School Saturday, February 20th.
The team placed 2nd overall in the tournament and will be sending 9 wrestlers to the WV High School State tournament February 25-27 in Huntington.
Winning championship titles for the Red Devils were senior Cody Clark, also named Most Outstanding Wrestler, Junior Ben Laughlin, Freshman Jared Haught and Senior Aaron Yoak.
Senior Tim Sutro was runner up. Placing 3rd in the tournament was Sophomore Seth Weese and Junior Zach Hanshaw. Fourth place titles went to Freshman Levi Gordon and Senior Austin Moore.
