| Ella Nicole Perkins, infant daughter of Sergeant Phillip and Heather Perkins of Beverly, West Virginia, passed away January 19, 2010 at Davis Memorial Hospital.
Ella is survived by her parents; grandparents, David and Sandy Weaver and Connie Perkins; Aunt Caitlin Weaver; great grandparents Fumiko Welch, Betty Fern Weaver, and Hurthel and Leah Garrett.
She was preceded in death by great grandparents, T-Sergeant William F. Welch and T-Sergeant James Lauren Weaver.
A private family service was held at Sycamore Baptist Church cemetery with Reverend David Lancaster officiating the service.
Funeral service was under the direction of Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville.
