| The DuPont plant in Kanawha County has had a bad week.
Carl "Dan" Fish of Gallagher, a 32-year employee, died Sunday after a leaky transfer hose exposed him to the toxic chemical phosgene.
The plant had four leaks last week, including one that went undetected for several days.
Some of the leaks went into the Kanawha River.
The plant has been shut down, while federal officials are investigating.
