| Victor D. Starcher, 90, of Henry's Fork, Roane County, died Sunday, December 27, 2009 at his home.
He was born in Spencer, a son of the late Andrew and Reta Sturms Starcher. He was a tool dresser and driller in the oil fields and a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by his nephew, H. Doyle Starcher of Spencer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Starcher; and three brothers, Denver, Earline and Doyle Starcher. |
