| Franklin D. Conley, 72 of Chloe, West Virginia, passed away December 24, 2009 at Hubbard House in Charleston.
He was born May 14, 1937 a son of the late Earl and Mattie Conley. He was a Christian and member of the Minnora United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Dorma Conley; a grandson, Timothy Tallhammer of Mt. Zion; great grandchildren, Wesley and Kaleigh of Mt. Zion; 2 brothers, Earl Conley, Jr. of Orma and Shirley Conley of Chloe.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Duane Conley, a granddaughter, Felicia; 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 27 at the Minnora Cemetery, Minnora. Rev. Tim Hickman will officiate.
In keeping with Mr. Conley's request, there will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Minnora United Methodist Church.
