The West Virginia State Police had a busy year eradicating what is often called the state's biggest cash crop - marijuana.
This year they confiscated pot which they say has a net worth of $450 million.
In 2007, the State Police eradicated more than 44,000 marijuana plants across the state through indoor and helicopter searches.
In 2008, that number was more than 140,000.
State Police Cpl. Michael Smith says marijuana confiscations hit an all-time high in 2009 - 222,621
West Virginia is one of the leading states in marijuana eradication, according to Smith.
