| Harvey Franklin Hersman, 57, of Mt. Nebo, West Virginia, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at his home.
He was born November 11, 1952 in West Virginia, a son of the late Dencle and Bonnie Cash Hersman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse Hamrick and Earlus Ray Hersman; one sister, Jeneta Hersman.
Harvey was a retired carpenter and 1971 graduate of Clay County High School.
Survivors include a sister, Kathy Drake of Newton; a brother, Dencle "Sonny" Hersman of Charleston; a daughter, Tonya Wagoner of Nettie; a son Lucas Hersman of Florida; brothers, Dana Hamrick of Augusta and Rodney Braley of Ovapa; sisters, Betty Chapman of Oak Hill, Alice O'Dell of Glen, Bonnie Cook of Left Hand, Brenda Funk of Newton and Carolyn Larch of Spencer; three grandchildren.
There will be no service.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
