| Cecil Sidney Keen, 95, of Hartville, Ohio, died Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the home of his son, Williamstown, W.Va.
He was born April 24, 1914 at Newton, a son of the late Charles S. and Bonnie Hall Keene. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Chain Keen; brothers, Carl, Arch, Forrest and Foster Keene; sister, Mildred Folden.
Mr. Keen was a farmer.
Survivors include a son, Skip Chain of Williamstown; five grandchildren.
A private graveside service and burial was held in the Keen Cemetery, Newton.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, was in charge of arrangements.
