| Nancy Ellen Balser Bevel, 72, of Cottageville, West Virginia, died Saturday, November 28, 2009 at her home.
She was born in Spencer, a daughter of the late Jesse C. and Leona Lawson Balser. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by five daughters, Sharon Bevel of Elizabeth, Rosie Hughart and Laura Mullinex, both of Cottageville, Tammy Parton of Knoxville, Tennessee, and Janet Williams of Fairplain; three brothers, Frank Balser of Ripley, Roger Balser of Spencer and Howard Lee Balser of Castlebury, Florida.; five sisters, Ruth Starcher of Mt. Zion, Mary Hively of Cleveland, Thelma Tribble of Gilbert, S.C., Teresa Burdine of Evans and Betty Mahoney of Mentor on the Lake, Ohio; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John William Bevel; three brothers, Walter, Bernard and Jerry Balser; and a sister, Patsy Ann Balser.
