The Grantsville Guppies 4-H Club met Thursday, November 5, at the Calhoun County Courthouse. Members enjoyed playing games and singing an opening song.
The meeting was called to order by the President, Jasmine Nicholson.
Members answered roll call by saying what they were thankful for.
They discussed the achievement dinner, officers training and the 4-H
Up-All-Night.
Each member chose a committee. Goals for this year were discussed.
These are, to have 100% project completion, have educational programs, and fundraisers for camp.
For the program, Erin Springston did a Thanksgiving craft activity with all members. Those attending were Jasmine Nicholson, Brogan Richards, Haley Wilson, Victoria and Morgan Moneypenny.

The Pleasant Hill Corn Poppers 4-H Club met
Tuesday, November 10 with five members present.
The meeting was called to order by the residing
officer, Ben Frederick. He announced the theme: Thanksgiving.
The Pledge of Allegiance and 4-H Pledge were led
by Eli Stump and Matt Rush. An opening song was
led by Ben Frederick and Amber France. Members answered roll call, by giving a list of
what they were thankful for.
The business part of the meeting was discussing
the 4-H Up-All-Night, which is sponsored by the
4-H Leaders Association. Members discussed the
different types of committees and will decide
more at the next meeting. They also talked
about having a poster workshop and at the next
meeting the club will have a program on Fire
Safety.
For the program Erin Springston spoke about
recycling and gave members time to ask questions.
Those attending were, Ben Frederick; Eli Stump,
Amber France and two new members, Caroline
McCumbers and Matt Rush.
