Thomas A. Krugman, 48, of Painted Post, New York, formerly of Munday, West Virginia, passed away November 27, 2009 in Grantsville, WV, with his family at his side, following an extended illness.
He was born in Elyria, Ohio, March 31, 1961, a son of the late Norman and Betty Maze Krugman.
He was a graduate of West Virginia University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tom was a project manager in the Green Laser Division of Corning Inc., Corning, New York. He was a former mechanical engineer at Corning Consumer Products Division of Corning, Inc, in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, as well as Anchor Hocking Glass Company of Lancaster, Ohio.
Tom was a devoted and loving husband and father who truly cherished the time he shared with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda L. Stump Krugman; two sons, Zachary and Ethan; and one daughter, Emily all of Painted Post; one brother, Mark (Heather) Krugman of Little Hocking, Ohio; three sisters, Gail Krugman of Grantsville, Marsha Krugman of Pennsboro, WV, and Linda Mackey of Lexington, KY; his maternal grandmother, Nona Maze of Columbus, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and the family's Golden Retriever and companion, Cooper.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, December 3rd at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Rev. William Law and Rev. Roger G. McKee will officiate. Interment will be in the Maze Cemetery at Munday.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
