SHOT ON ROOF - A Charleston man was shot Wednesday while working on the roof of a West Side department store.
Authorities said that Robbie Stewart, 36, of South Charleston, accidentally put his hand on a handgun located under a ceramic roof tile, shooting himself in the chest.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
GREYHOUND STATION STABBING - A Georgia man was stabbed at the Greyhound bus station in Charleston Tuesday night.
Dennis Taylor, 38, of Coolidge, Ga., when he was approached by a black man and a white man who asked him for money.
When he said he had no money, Taylor said the two men attacked him, resulting in a knife wound to the abdomen.
