Nine-year-old Benny McCune, a 4th grader at Troy Elementary, went with his dad Benny McCune on his first deer hunt Saturday, youth deer hunting day.
Benny got his first deer not far from his home on his grandfather's property below Messenger Rd. in Baldwin.
He shot it with a 243 that his dad bought for him and his brother this year. They checked it in at Willie's Sport Shop. Benny was given a trophy for his first deer. |
