FOUR-YEAR-OLD CRITICAL - State Police are investigating the Wednesday shooting in Mason County that left a four year-old-boy in critical condition.
Police say the boy's 14-year old brother went to get a .25 caliber handgun out of his mother's closet, after the mother left her residence in Leon.
The report says the youth took the gun into his room and it accidentally went off.
The bullet went through a wall and an entertainment center before hitting the boy's four year old brother in the chest.
Police said the young boy was playing a video game.
MOVIE HOUSE HOLD-UP - Huntington police have arrested two men suspected of armed robbery at the Marquee Cinemas Monday night.
Dustin Shaver and Joshawa "Josh" Clark, of Huntington, were arrested and have been arraigned in Cabell County Magistrate Court.
Clark was an employee of Marquee Cinemas.
Shaver was charged with armed robbery, and Clark was charged with being an accessory.
Shaver is in the Western Regional Jail on a $250,000 cash bond, and Clark is being held on a $200,000 cash only bond.
