Miss Chelsey Lee Ball, won 1st Runner Up-Miss Majorette at the annual Black Walnut Festival band competition held in Spencer last weekend.
Chelsey is Feature Twirler for the Calhoun Middle-High School Band. The band participated along with several West Virginia schools in events at the competition at Roane County High School. Overall, Calhoun's majorette group finished in 3rd place.
Chelsey is a senior at Calhoun High School. She is the 17 year old daughter of Randy and Brenda Ball of Five Forks.
