Calhoun County High School Class of 1969 held their 40th Reunion Saturday, Sept. 19th at the Family Life Center in Big Bend, WV.
Registration was held followed by a grilled steak dinner prepared by Sue Ferrell Williams. A class fundraiser auction was probably the highlight of the day with Leonard Hardway and Donald Little doing an outstanding job auctioneering.
Martha Ritchie Johnson prepared a memorial table for the 15 classmates who have passed away. The afternoon was spent renewing friendships and catching up on 'old times' while enjoying many memorabilia tables. Thirty-four classmates attended, five of which attended a reunion for the first time. Many were already looking forward to the next reunion.
