| Ernest C. Turner, 71 of Elizabeth, West Virginia passed away Tuesday September 29, 2009 at St Joseph's Hospital.
He was born in Wood County the son of the late Thomas and Agnes Wilcoxin Turner. He was a 1956 graduate of Poca High School, an employee of Storks Bakery for 24 years, and an active member of Bethel Church of Elizabeth.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Bertha L. (Lacy) Turner; son Rob (Rebecca) Turner of Elizabeth; daughter Cindy (Terry) Miller of Shreve Ohio; 6 grandchildren, Tyler Turner, Rebecca Miller, Rylee Turner, Matthew Miller Robert Miller, and Breyon Turner; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday October 3 at Bethel Church of Elizabeth with Rev. Melvin Boggs officiating. Interment will be at Bethel Cemetery
Visitation will be Saturday at the church from 12-noon until time of the service.
