| Cozetta Mae Craddock Smith, 88, of Grantsville passed away September 20, 2009 at Minnie Hamilton Health Center with family, Sonja Cain, RN and Greg Hawkins, LPN by whom gave great care and were very caring by her side.
Cozetta was born in Calhoun County October 10, 1920, the daughter of the late Andy and Josie Stutler Craddock.
Cozetta was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and was loved by all. She is survived by one son, Albert "Bim" Smith and daughter-in-law, Louann; 2 daughters, Mary J. Ball and Lillie Mae Smith all of Grantsville; 4 grandsons, Joey Smith (Rose), Christopher Todd Smith, Danny Ball (Lisa) and Mike Ball; granddaughter, Jamalee Smith; great-granddaughter, Brooke Smith; great-grandsons, Alex Ball and Greg and Doug Smith;
step-grandchildren Jessica Matheny and John Burton; step-great-granddaughters Cassie Richards and Hannah Gray.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Albert M. Smith; 2 sisters, Virgie Craddock and Alma Ward; and a special nephew Bryan Ward, Jr.
Family would like to express special thanks to Sonja Cain, Greg Hawkins and all other hospital staff of Minnie Hamilton Acute Care and Long Term Care.
Funeral services will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Carroll McCauley will officiate. Interment will be in King Knob Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m.
