Guy Little, 68 of Mt. Zion, WV died Sunday, February 17, 2001 at Roane General Hospital,
Spencer, following a short illness.
He was born May 4, 1933 at Daniels Run, a son of the late Clarence and Minnie O'Dell Little.
After driving log trucks for many years, he joined the Department of Highways in 1979, retiring
after 16 years service. Guy was a member of Walnut Grove Community Church.
Mr. Little is survived by his wife of 44 years, Eva Gearldine Little, four sons, Stanley Little of Mt.
Zion, Eugene Little of Russett, WV, Robert Little and David Little of Mt. Zion; three daughters,
Connie Miller of Grantsville, WV, Patricia Toppings of Millstone, WV, and Debbie Greathouse of
Spencer, WV; four brothers, Gail and Denver Little both of Parkersburg, WV, Ronnie Little of
Parsons, WV and Donald Lee Little of Sand Ridge, WV; two sisters, Betty Curry of Mt. Zion and
Sharon Ann Vannoy of Parkersburg.
He was preceded in death by two brothers Dale and Hale Little in addition to his parents.
Funeral services will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV Wednesday, February
20, 2002 at 2 p.m. Pastor Carl Marks will officiate. Interment will be in the Gibson Cemetery,
Arnoldsburg. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
