Rosedale resident Gregory Harrison, 21, has been charged with
contributing to the
delinquency of a sixteen-year-old minor by "enticing, encouraging or
soliciting" him to
help break and enter two establishments. He is also charged with
breaking and
entering, a felony.
State Trooper C. J. Ellyson brought the charges on January 26. He said
Harrison, with
the assistance of the minor, entered Eastern Oil and Prime at
Leatherbark, U. S.
33-119 and Twins Drilling on Sand Ridge and took more than $7000 in
equipment. A
warrant has been issued for Harrison's arrest, according to the
Calhoun Magistrate
Court.
Paul Arnold, 29, of Chloe has been charged with receiving or
transferring stolen
property from an incident which happened last year. The magistrate's
court issued a
warrant on January 24 after an investigation by Sgt. John Bonazzo. The
charge says
Arnold did feloniously receive from another person a Sony Playstation
which belonged
to Stephanie Nicholas.
Five charges have been lodged against Randall A. Whiting, including
DUI-second
offense, no proof of insurance, no MVI and a prescription drug charge.
The charges
were brought by the State Police on January 27, all pending.
