Richard A. Starcher, who has been indicted on charges connected to the robbery of the Calhoun Bank in Arnoldsburg last year, will be appearing Monday in Grantsville before Judge David Nibert, with an argument on a motion to dismiss.
Starcher is represented by Shannon Baldwin.
He has been charged with two counts, being an accessory before the fact of bank robbery and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Twenty-year-old Darin Stephen McClain of Parma, Ohio, who was arrested for the daytime robbery of the Calhoun Bank last December in Arnoldsburg, has pled guilty to one count of unarmed bank robbery.
