| Willis Pearl (Burl) Murphy, 82, of Brohard, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord July 3, 2009.
He was born March 17, 1927.
He is survived by 2 sons, Curty Howard Murphy and wife Loreana, and Jerry Wayne Murphy and wife Shelly; 10 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild; and one brother, Bernard Murphy of Brohard.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine A. Murphy and a grandson, Wesley Murphy.
Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville is in charge of arrangements.
