| Ondvel Lee "Billy" Starcher, 55, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Thursday, June 25, 2009, in CAMC - Memorial Division, Charleston, in the presence of family.
He was employed by the WV DOH until health problems arose. He was an avid WVU fan. He was an amazing uncle and will be dearly missed.
Survivors include his mother, JoAnn Price; sister, Doris Selko (Frank); nieces, Nikki and Amanda; aunts, Joretta Foster, Phyllis Hudson (Homer), Lina Fetty (Frank), Wilma Heller (Charles); uncle, Frank Spiker (Opal); extended family, Bruce Parsons, Aaron Cottle; and numerous cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, O.L. "Bill" Starcher; maternal and paternal grandparents; uncles, Rex, Bernard, Alvin, and Willard Starcher; aunts, Earliss Starcher, Goldie Young, Opal Stout, and Ruth Simons.
A funeral service will be conducted Sunday, June 28 at 3 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will follow in the Starcher Cemetery in Calhoun County.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
