Pastor Rick and Melody Swearingen and family are departing the Mt. Zion Charge for Mt. Nebo, Fayette County, where he has been assigned to a new church.
The Swearingen's have been in Calhoun for 10 years.
A dinner for the Swearingen family is scheduled for 5 p.m. Sunday at the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.
