| John Nemeth Sr., 72 of Elizabeth, West Virginia passed away Monday June 8, 2009 at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
He was born July 13, 1936 in Hungary the son of the late Imre and Lidia Nemeth.
He was owner of Johnny's Body of Elizabeth from 1967 to 2008, and was a member of the Eagle Club of Parkersburg WV.
He is survived by 2 sons, John (Ronni) Nemeth of Elizabeth, and Phil Nemeth of Sonoma; 2 daughters Maria (Greg) Hutchinson of Newark, and Debbie Burke of Austin Texas; 6 grandchildren, Chase, Dustin, and Cheyenne Burke of Austin Texas, Shawni and JT Nemeth of Elizabeth, and George Nemeth of Sonoma; 2 step grandchildren, Alexis and Dalton Hughes of Newark; 1 brother, Joseph Nemeth of Hungary; 1 sister-in-law, Mugdy Nemeth of Hungary.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 infant granddaughters, and 3 brothers Imre, Steve, and Louis Nemeth.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday June 13 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV with Pastor Randy Dornan officiating. Interment will be at Fought Cemetery in Newark, WV.
Visitation will be Friday June 12 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and until time of the service on Saturday.
