| Joe Arlen Westfall, 77, of Huntington, W.Va., formerly of Spencer, died May 29, 2009, at the Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center after an extended illness.
Joe was born in Arnoldsburg, W.Va., a son of the late C.B. and Beatrice Poling Westfall. He was a 1950 Walton High School graduate and also graduated from the Spartan School of Aeronautics. He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum in Ravenswood, W.Va., with 32 years of service, attended the New Life Church and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Norma McCoy Westfall; one daughter, Jenine St. Clair of Huntington; one grandson, Joe St. Clair of Huntington; and one sister, Betty Yeager of Spencer.
The body was cremated. A graveside memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 6, at the Gandeeville Cemetery, Gandeeville, W.Va., with Robert St. Clair officiating. There will be no visitation.
