SHOTS FIRED AT CAR - A Wood County man has been arrested after authorities say he fired several shots at two people in a car.
Wood County Sheriff Jeff Sandy says Justin Lee Nutter got into an argument with a woman and her husband at Nutter's house.
Nutter reportedly went into his house and grabbed a rifle and fired several shots as the couple fled in a car.
Nutter has been charged with two counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm. Bond was set at $100,000.
FELON ARRESTED ON GUN CHARGE - Kent Lee Ramsey, 49, of Alderson, allegedly had pistols, a shotgun and ammunition after being barred from possessing guns and ammunition because he was convicted of drug and attempted burglary charges in New York, according to a recent federal indictment.
If convicted, Ramsey faces up to 10 years in prison.
SHOTS FIRED INTO HOME - Police had their hands full trying to catch two individuals who allegedly were involved with shooting incidents in Logan County.
A person reportedly fired into a home in Coley Branch.
Terry Edward Chafin, 41, was arrested by the Logan County Sheriff's Department for wanton endangerment, shooting across a road, violating a domestic violence petition, domestic assault and grand larceny charges.
Chafin was allegedly armed with a .45 caliber handgun, an AK-47 rifle a shotgun and a .22 caliber pistol, some of which were initially reported as stolen.
