MARSHALL FOOTBALL RECRUIT IN TROUBLE - Marshall University has released A.J. Graham from his scholarship, hours after he was arrested and charged with robbery with a firearm in Florida.

Graham is one of several WVU and Marshall players to get in trouble.

Tallahassee Police Department say three people were robbed by gunpoint as they were walking to a party.

One of the victims said, "as they started to pass a stock gray Chevy Impala with tinted windows, the driver rolled down the window, pointed a semi-automatic handgun at him 'cocked gangster style', and stated 'put it in the car'."

Police identified one of the suspects as A.J. Graham, who according to one witness was at the party earlier that night.

A spokesperson with the Marshall Athletics Department says there is precedent and a possibility the scholarship could be reinstated if the charges are dropped or Graham is found not guilty.

UPSHUR MAN IS DEAD - Upshur County deputies are investigating the shooting death of a man whose body was found in the yard of a home in the Excelsior area.

When deputies arrived, they found Derek Christaan Wentz, 36, of Buckhannon dead from an apparent gun shot wound to the chest.

Deputies still need to talk with a few people and also go over the lab results before determining whether the death was a homicide.
