RECESSION WATCH: Singer Sheet Metal Gone (05/16/2009) Singer Sheet Metal of Parkersburg has closed it doors after 62 years in business. The company, which specialized in construction, HVAC, roofing projects, architectural and industrial plant fabrication, employed about 50 workers at its peak.
