| Eugene W. Willard, 87, of Gay, West Virginia, died Thursday, April 9, 2009, at his farm, from injuries received in an ATV accident.
He was born July 7, 1921, at Swiss, Nicholas County, a son of the late John Kenna and Lula Ann Schoolcraft Willard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille E. Willard; sisters, Thelma Cressorn and Georgia Smith; brothers, James and John Willard.
Mr. Willard was a retired employee of the Armour Meat Company, Atlanta, Georgia.
Survivors include a sister, Virginia Petry of Swiss; several nieces and nephews.
Entombment was in the Florida Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Rockledge, Florida.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, was in charge of local arrangements.
