A Roane County man was killed this morning when his ATV, described by a 911 dispatcher as "a mule," wrecked.
Roane emergency services responded to Zion Ridge, off US 33, before noon today, after a call to 911 reported the incident.
The Roane County Sheriff's Department has identified the man as Gene Williard, who they say is in his 90s.
Deputies say the vehicle flipped over.
His body was discovered about 24-hours after the accident.
