| Sharon Lee Portis, 65, formerly of Thonotosassa, Florida, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the home of her daughter.
She was born August 31, 1943 in Barberton, Ohio, daughter of the late Floyd J. Lambright, Sr. and Olga Ule Lambright.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Oscar Portis; a daughter, Karen Elaine Cabrera; and a brother, Ronald Lambright.
Surviving are a daughter and son in law, Cathy and Roger Hall of Mt. Zion, WV; sisters, Jacky Petrey of Akron, Ohio and Debbie and Tim Johnson of Ankey, Iowa; brothers, Larry and Theresa Lambright and David Lambright all of Akron, Floyd Lambright of Invernice, FL; 5 grandchildren, Blaine Gorman, Isabel Cabrera, Casey, Jaron and Marlee Hall.
The family wishes to thank Hospice Care of Burnsville for all their help and support and an extra special appreciation to nurse Eunice and aid Alisha.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
