| State Police say a shooting in Blacksville over the weekend involving a 3-year-old boy was an accident.
A Three-year-old and five-year-old were playing in their house when they pulled out a .357 Magnum Revolver from underneath a bed.
Authorities say the 3-year-old grabbed the gun and ran outside.
The gun went off, hitting the boy in the right foot and grazing his left foot.
The father was in a nearby house when the accident happened.
The toddler was taken to the hospital where he underwent surgery.
The State Police have ruled the shooting an accident and the case has been turned over to Child Protective Services.
