(03/27/2009)
Calhoun Schools will be getting $675,000 in stimulus money, according to Calhoun superintendent of schools Roger Propst.

Propst said $293,000 of the grant will be used for teaching and learning for children with disabilities.

Title I programs will be funded by $382,000 of the package, to likely be used for programs at Pleasant Hill and Arnoldsburg schools.

Stimulus money is already in the pipeline, and will shortly be put to use.
