Ritchie County's Simonton Windows is announcing that it's recalling 80 workers to its plant.
Simonton will hire back its' hourly employees based on tenure and particular skills.
Mark Wherry, Vice President of Manufacturing, cites the tax credits pushed by the Obama administration in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for the upturn in product demand.
