Now comes a bill in the WV Senate that would require anyone under 18 to get their parents' permission before lying under tanning lamps.
Anyone under 14 would have to bring a parent with them to the parlor.

Apparently parental consent rules are in place in most states.
The American Journal of Preventive Medicine this month found 18 tanning salons in Charleston, the largest density population in the United States. |
