| RESPONDING TO CONCERNS
A couple of Herald readers said they had concern that a Herald photo of Calhoun's first highway fatality of 2009 shows body parts of the victim.
While the photo did include a shoe, car trim and other debris, there are no body parts in the photograph, nor was there at the wreck scene.
Calhoun EMS, the Grantsville VFD and the Calhoun Sheriff's Department had taken appropriate steps at the scene.
The Herald has never published such during the past ten years, nor will we.
Such "concerns" have generally risen from idle gossip about such tragic events.
We, not unlike other community members, are deeply saddened by this death.
