| Emergency services responded to Beech Road early Sunday morning at 12:45 a.m., about one mile off US 33/119 at Liberty Hill, after a truck crashed against a tree.
The driver of the truck was reportedly injured when he impacted a steering wheel, and was taken from the front seat of his vehicle by Calhoun EMS and transported to Roane General Hospital.
Arnoldsburg Fire Department responded to the rural road, which was reported to be slick from a coating of ice.
