| A woman was killed in an early morning fire in Clay County Thursday.
911 dispatchers told WSAZ.com it happened at about 7:37 a.m. in a trailer on Lick Branch Road - just outside the Town of Clay.
The Clay County Sheriff's Department said 56-year-old Deborah Barnes died in the fire. Her husband tried to put the fire out.
Investigators say the fire started in the back of the trailer, and they're looking at the bathroom or bedroom as possible places of origin.
