One of our shining stars, Hur resident Dottie
Hersman Slider, left us in 2008, moving beyond
the universe she photographed from her front porch at Hur, the
photos used on a calendar issued by her employer Calhoun Banks
She was a noble woman whose presence graced the Calhoun Community.
Her husband Lewis Slider has now died.
